Mental Health and Wellbeing has never been more important. Each Mental Health Week we will therefore be doing an active study on Australia's mental health and wellbeing. We run this study via the Be Well Tracker. We do this project for a couple of reasons:
To give people an online platform that allows them to learn about their own mental health and wellbeing, and track it over time
To gives us better insight into the levels of mental health and wellbeing in the community
Learn more about the Be Well Tracker in the video on the right of screen.
Registering for the Be Well Tracker is simple.
Step 1: Fill in the registration form here
You can do a measurement now and sign up for our annual measurement in September - October.
Step 2: Create an account on the Be Well Tracker.
The email that we send you will have a unique link that will take you straight to the sign-up page of the Be Well Tracker.
Please note: this email can sometimes get caught in your email's SPAM filter. We suggest you use your private email when signing up.
Step 3: Take the online survey, and learn about your mental health and wellbeing!
Don't forget you can always return and see your individual report, and you can repeat the survey in the future to track your mental health over time!
Any more questions?
What are you doing with the data?
Firstly we use it to provide you with your own wellbeing report. We then de-identify your data and group it together with other people's results. This data is stored on secured servers and is handled with utmost care: you can read more about our data policy here.
We can use this data to get better insight into how the community is going. We will study the data and will publish the results on this very website. This way you and other visitors or participants know exactly how we all are tracking.
Next year, we would like you to do the measurement again. And again the year after. And so on. This way we can see changes over time; important information which we can use to help inform practice and policy for the community.
